The platform is extremely stable and good. It’s been around 8 years, and it keeps improving. CUE bought the company that had that platform, so it’s their platform now.

- TimeWarp: Pause, rewind, and restart live TV
- Smarter navigation (local channels by state)
- Search by category, title, actor, and more
- Closed captions
- SAP (Secondary Audio Program) for other languages

- Channels have numbers (unlike the old app)
- High quality – even with bad internet (less buffering)

What to Expect During the Transition
CUE emailed subscribers that there may be occasional hiccups on the current platform while they finish the cutover—those should resolve once the new app is live.
