What Is 2Dollar.TV?
2Dollar.TV is a short-form comedy series about friendship, streaming addiction, emotional goats, and the silent power of furniture.
It’s part sitcom. Part parody. Part fever dream held together by one couch, a possibly-sentient robot vacuum, and a fictional show called Goat Sabotage that somehow became the emotional core of everything.
Episodes drop regularly and usually follow Mark and Kathy—two very normal people who are absolutely not okay. Sometimes we take detours. Sometimes we run “commercials.” All of it somehow makes sense by the third week.
If you’re new here, you get to binge watch, so get to it. It starts slow, but the tone and backstory you get is required reading. There’s a featurette explaining more about why it’s called 2Dollar TV. And there’s some content that’s exclusive to our Instagram channel once in a while – per The Couch.
Why Don’t the Characters Always Look the Same?
We know.
Sometimes Mark’s face changes slightly.
Or more than slightly.
Kathy’s hair might change for no reason.
The first few are glitchy… sort of.
The robot vacuum, has been redesigned mid-season.
AI… Trying its Best
This is a low-budget indie project created with love, sarcasm, small mistakes, and AI tools that are doing their best, okay?
The story is consistent. The couch is consistent. The rest? You’ll survive.
It’s part of the charm. Embrace the chaos.
Who’s Behind This?
This series was created by a guy with too much imagination, just enough Wi-Fi, and a genuine belief that a goat clearing a fence can be character development.
2Dollar.TV is a solo-run, fan-first production. Every script, joke, awkward pause, and promotional message is built from scratch to make you laugh, cry, and slightly worry about your relationship with your own couch.
Our Mission

- To create characters people actually care about (even if one of them is a baby goat).
- And to prove you don’t need a huge budget to build a believable, emotional goat universe.
Meet the Cast of Characters
- Mark – Intense. Passionate. Overthinks everything. Accidentally started this.
- Kathy – Cool. Sharp. Pretends she’s not emotionally involved. She is.
- Nathan – Reluctant fan. Trying his best. Possibly too invested in fence metaphors.
- The Couch – Sees all. Hears all. Squeaks when it matters.
- The Robot Vacuum – Never speaks. Might be sentient. Definitely in cahoots with the couch.
- The Cat – Mark’s. Occasionally appears. Always judging.
